Facade Cladding Installation Services in Türkiye
Steeling is a Türkiye-based sourcing platform that supplies facade cladding materials — ceramic, aluminium composite, HPL, natural stone, terracotta and sheet metal — and installs them on-site through a qualified applicator network. International project owners, contractors and architects can source both the panels and the installation from one partner, at no cost to the buyer for using the platform.
What the service covers, in one paragraph
Steeling supplies the cladding panels and the sub-structure, dispatches a qualified Turkish applicator team to site, installs the ventilated or adhered facade system according to the project's technical drawings and local building code, and hands over the completed facade with documentation. The service works for new-build and refurbishment projects across Türkiye and is available for export projects with a Turkish partner contractor.
Which cladding materials does Steeling install?
The service is material-agnostic. Steeling installs every major cladding product it also sources, so the panel choice can be driven by design, budget or performance rather than by what a single applicator prefers.
| Material | Typical thickness | Best for | Panel size range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ceramic (porcelain) panels | 8–20 mm | Long-life ventilated facades, public and commercial buildings | up to 1200 × 3600 mm |
| Aluminium composite (ACM/ACP) | 3–6 mm | Cost-efficient large-area facades, retail and office | up to 1500 × 5000 mm |
| HPL (high-pressure laminate) | 6–10 mm | Schools, hospitals, low-rise commercial | up to 1300 × 3050 mm |
| Natural stone (granite, travertine, marble) | 20–30 mm | Premium residential, public buildings, monumental projects | up to 900 × 1800 mm typical |
| Terracotta | 25–40 mm (extruded) | Architectural facades, warm visual identity | up to 300 × 1500 mm typical |
| Metal (aluminium, zinc, coated steel) | 1.0–3.0 mm | Industrial and architectural facades, seamed profiles | coil-fed, custom lengths |
Which facade system types does Steeling install?
Ventilated (rainscreen) facade
A ventilated air gap between insulation and panel. Panels are mechanically fixed to an aluminium or galvanised steel sub-structure. Improves thermal performance, dries the wall, and lets damaged panels be swapped without full-facade rework. The default choice for ceramic, terracotta, HPL and metal cladding.
Adhered facade
Panels bonded directly to the substrate with cementitious or polymer adhesives. Lower cost and thinner build-up, used for smaller ceramic tiles, stone slabs and thin-set porcelain up to certain heights depending on local code.
Mechanically-fixed exposed system
Panels held by visible clips or rivets on aluminium profiles. Fast, cost-efficient, common for ACP, HPL and metal panels in commercial and industrial buildings.
Concealed-fix system
Undercut anchors or rear-cut mounts hide all fixings for a flush aesthetic. Standard for premium ceramic, stone and terracotta facades where visible fasteners are not acceptable.
How the installation service works
- Brief & drawings. Send elevations, sections, target material, and desired system (ventilated or adhered). If drawings are incomplete, Steeling's technical team can produce a shop-drawing set.
- Material selection & sourcing. Panel choice is confirmed together with the client. Steeling sources panels and the sub-structure from qualified Turkish manufacturers — see the full material sourcing flow in how to source metal from Türkiye.
- Site survey. A site survey and substrate check confirm the mounting method and any preparation work required.
- Sub-structure installation. Aluminium or galvanised steel brackets and profiles are fixed to the wall according to a static calculation validated for the local wind zone.
- Insulation & membrane. Where the system is ventilated, mineral wool or equivalent insulation is placed between brackets, followed by a wind-tight membrane where required.
- Panel installation. Panels are cut, fitted and fixed with the specified system (visible clip, concealed anchor or adhesive).
- Handover. Steeling delivers as-built drawings, material certificates, and installation photos. Warranty terms follow the panel manufacturer's warranty and the applicator's workmanship warranty (typically 5–10 years).
Typical specifications and standards
- Sub-structure: aluminium (EN AW-6060/6063 T5/T6) or hot-dip galvanised steel S220GD/S320GD, engineered to EN 1990/EN 1991 for local wind loads.
- Fire performance: ceramic, stone, terracotta and A2-rated ACM panels reach Euroclass A1/A2-s1,d0 — required in many jurisdictions for buildings above defined heights.
- Wind load: panels and fixings sized per project location using the wind zone map in TS EN 1991-1-4.
- Thermal: ventilated systems with 60–120 mm mineral wool typically deliver U-values from 0.30 to 0.18 W/m²K depending on substrate.
- Panel test standards: EN 14411 (ceramic), EN 438-6 (HPL), EN 13964 or ETAG 034 for facade systems, ASTM E330 for wind-load testing on request.
- Certification: Steeling supplies material CE and quality certificates for every project; ISO 9001 applicator partners are the default.
Why source facade cladding and installation from Türkiye?
Türkiye combines a mature construction-materials industry with a large trained applicator workforce, and its Customs Union with the EU removes most import duties on facade products. For international project owners this typically means a lower total installed cost than Central or Northern Europe, faster panel lead times than East Asia, and easier logistics — including road transport of panels and a mobile applicator team — to nearby markets in the EU, Balkans, Middle East and North Africa.
Pricing and lead time — indicative ranges
- Ceramic ventilated facade, supply & install: typically €90–€180 / m² depending on panel format, height, complexity and location.
- ACM ventilated facade, supply & install: typically €55–€110 / m².
- Natural stone ventilated facade, supply & install: typically €140–€280 / m².
- Design & shop-drawing service: included from a defined project scale; charged separately for very small projects.
- Lead time: 4–8 weeks from PO for material production; site installation rate is typically 300–800 m² / week per team.
Ranges are indicative and vary with material grade, panel size, building height, wind zone, transport distance and site access. A firm quote comes back within 5 working days of receiving drawings.
