What We Supply

Steeling.net sources and exports complete aluminium substructure (subframe) profile systems for ventilated facade cladding projects. The subframe is the structural backbone that holds ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, or fibre cement panels away from the building wall, creating the air gap that defines a ventilated facade system.

We supply the full system — not just profiles. A complete subframe set typically includes:

  • Wall brackets (consoles) — adjustable L- or T-brackets that connect the subframe to the structural wall and allow for plane correction
  • Vertical carrier profiles (mullions) — extruded aluminium T- or omega-sections running floor to floor
  • Horizontal rail profiles — connecting profile for panel alignment and support at each course
  • Thermal break pads — EPDM or polyamide insulation pads between bracket and wall to eliminate thermal bridging
  • Stainless steel anchors & fasteners — A2 / A4 stainless anchors for concrete, masonry, or steel frame substrates
  • Clips & locking elements — visible or concealed fixing clips compatible with ceramic and porcelain tile systems

Why Ventilated Facades? Why Now?

The global ventilated facade market reached USD 13.8 billion in 2025 and is projected to grow to USD 21.4 billion by 2034 at a CAGR of 5.7%. Europe leads adoption, with ventilated systems holding over 51% of facade revenue in 2024 — driven by post-Grenfell fire-safety regulations, the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), and the Fit-for-55 climate package mandating building envelope upgrades across the continent.

Ventilated facades deliver measurable performance advantages:

  • Air cavity acts as a natural thermal buffer — reducing heating and cooling loads by up to 30%
  • Drainage layer prevents moisture ingress and interstitial condensation
  • Facade panels are decoupled from structure — thermally expanding and contracting independently
  • Fire classification A1 possible with non-combustible aluminium substructure and ceramic cladding
  • Ease of maintenance — individual panels replaceable without disturbing adjacent areas
  • Acoustic improvement: typical sound reduction improvement of 12–18 dB

Applications & Sectors

🏛
Commercial Buildings
Offices, hotels, retail centres — where aesthetic design and long-term facade performance are both priorities.
🏠
Residential High-Rise
Multi-storey housing, social housing retrofits, and new-build apartment blocks requiring fire-safe envelope upgrades.
🏥
Public & Institutional
Schools, hospitals, public authority buildings — projects with strict EPBD compliance and procurement requirements.
🏭
Industrial & Logistics
Factory and warehouse facades needing durable, low-maintenance cladding with thermal efficiency.
🔧
Renovation & Overcladding
Refurbishment of existing buildings — adding insulation and ventilated cladding over existing facades without full demolition.
🌍
EPC Contractors
Turnkey construction companies seeking a single reliable source for subframe systems across multiple project sites.

Who Should Contact Us

Why Source from Turkey via Steeling.net?

📦 Competitive Ex-Works Pricing
Turkey is one of Europe’s largest aluminium extrusion producers. Access to local billet and established extrusion capacity translates into pricing well below Western European equivalents — without compromise on alloy grade or tolerances.
📄 Complete System, One Supplier
Brackets, profiles, clips, thermal pads, and stainless fasteners all sourced and consolidated into one shipment — no multi-supplier coordination on your side.
🛠 Project Takeoff Service
Send us your facade area, storey height, panel size, and substrate type. We calculate the full component list and submit a project-specific supply proposal — ready to issue as a purchase order.
👥 Installation Crews Available
For qualifying projects we can arrange deployment of experienced Turkish subframe installation teams. Material and labour from one source — simplifying project management significantly.
🗺 Flexible Incoterms & Logistics
EXW through to DDP — we manage freight forwarding, export customs, and destination clearance according to your preference. Port access from Izmir, Istanbul, and Mersin.
📜 Full Documentation
Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), dimensional inspection reports, packing lists, certificate of origin, and commercial invoice provided as standard.

How the Process Works

  1. Send your enquiry — share project drawings, facade area, panel type, or simply the profile types and quantities you need
  2. Receive a tailored proposal — component list, unit pricing, lead time, and Incoterm options within 1–2 business days
  3. Approve and confirm — payment terms, production start, and shipment schedule agreed
  4. Production & QC — profiles extruded, surface-treated, cut to length, and inspected with full documentation
  5. Shipment & tracking — consolidated shipment dispatched with all export documents; tracking provided to destination

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a ventilated facade substructure system?
A ventilated facade (also called a rainscreen or back-ventilated facade) consists of an outer cladding layer, an air cavity, thermal insulation on the structural wall, and an aluminium subframe connecting everything. The substructure — brackets, profiles, clips, and anchors — holds the cladding panels at a set distance from the wall, creating the ventilated gap. The aluminium subframe we supply forms this structural layer; it is independent of the cladding panel material (ceramic, stone, HPL, etc.).
Can you supply the system if I don’t have detailed drawings yet?
Yes. If you can share the total facade area, typical storey height, panel format (size and weight), and the substrate type (concrete, masonry, steel frame), we can prepare a preliminary material take-off and indicative pricing. Final quantities are confirmed once drawings are available, or we can work from your architect’s specifications.
Which cladding panel types is the system compatible with?
The aluminium subframe system is compatible with all major ventilated facade panel types: ceramic and porcelain tiles, natural stone slabs, fibre cement panels, high-pressure laminate (HPL), aluminium composite panels (ACP), and terracotta. The clip and profile selection varies by panel type and weight; we specify the correct configuration for your chosen cladding material.
What aluminium alloy and surface treatment do you use?
Profiles are extruded from EN AW-6063 T6 (AlMgSi), the industry-standard alloy for facade subframes offering an optimal combination of strength, corrosion resistance, and extrudability. Surface treatment is anodising (Class 20, natural or bronze) or polyester powder coating to any RAL colour, depending on project specification and exposure category.
Is installation support included or is it optional?
Supply-only is the standard service: we deliver the complete component set to your site or port. Installation crews (supply + erection) are available as an optional add-on service for projects where the client requires it. Please mention at enquiry stage if you are interested in the installation option and we will include it in the proposal scope.
What is the minimum order and what are the lead times?
There is no fixed minimum order quantity. We supply single-project orders from approximately 50 m² of facade area upwards. Lead time for standard profile configurations is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation; custom extrusion profiles or large volumes may require 4–6 weeks. Exact lead time is confirmed at quotation stage.
Do you supply projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa?
Yes. We export to buyers across Europe (Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and others), the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan), and Africa (Nigeria, Morocco, South Africa, Ethiopia). Contact us to confirm lead times and logistics options for your specific destination.
What documentation comes with the shipment?
Standard documentation: material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), dimensional inspection reports where applicable, packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged on request for quality-critical projects.
