Steel Flanges — Manufacturer & Supplier in Turkey
ANSI / ASME B16.5 EN 1092-1 DIN 2573 / 2576 Custom Sizes Available
Steel flanges are pipe connection components used to join pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment in pressurised piping systems. Steeling.net manufactures and exports carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel flanges from Turkey — covering all major types and pressure classes for construction, oil & gas, energy, and industrial applications.
With manufacturing to ANSI/ASME B16.5, EN 1092-1, and DIN standards, our flanges are export-ready and ship globally. Whether you need a single type in bulk or a mixed order across multiple flange categories, we handle both.
Request a Free QuoteWeld Neck Flange (WN)
High-pressure and high-temperature piping. Long tapered hub provides strength and stress distribution. Available in pressure classes 150# to 2500#.
Slip-On Flange (SO)
Slides over the pipe end and is fillet-welded in place. Low-cost, easy to align. Suitable for low-pressure applications and general industrial use.
Blind Flange (BL)
Closes off the end of a piping system or pressure vessel opening. Used for future expansion points and pressure testing.
Socket Weld Flange (SW)
For small-bore, high-pressure lines. The pipe is inserted into a recessed socket before welding. Class 3000 and 6000 available.
Threaded Flange (TH)
Screwed directly onto the pipe without welding. Ideal for flammable or explosive environments where welding is not permitted.
Lap Joint Flange (LJ)
Used with a stub end. Allows for easy alignment and bolt-hole rotation. Low-cost option for systems requiring frequent dismantling.
Orifice Flange
Designed for measurement of fluid flow rates. Available in pairs with tapped holes for pressure differential measurement instrumentation.
Spectacle Blind Flange
Combines a solid disc and a ring in one piece. Rotated to isolate or connect sections of piping without removing the component entirely.

Steel flanges are critical connection components across a wide range of heavy industries. Common sectors we supply:
- Oil & Gas: Wellhead assemblies, refineries, offshore platforms — ASTM A105 and A350 LF2 flanges under ASME B16.5
- Power Generation: High-temperature steam lines requiring ASTM A182 F11/F22/F91 alloy steel flanges
- Chemical & Petrochemical: Corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel flanges for process piping
- Water Treatment: Carbon steel and ductile iron flanges under EN 1092-1 for water distribution systems
- Construction & Infrastructure: EN-standard flanges for building services, HVAC, and structural piping
- Shipbuilding & Marine: Flanges to Lloyd's, Bureau Veritas, and DNV classification requirements
What is a steel flange and how does it work?
A steel flange is a disc-shaped fitting with bolt holes around its perimeter, used to connect two sections of pipe or to attach a pipe to a valve, pump, or vessel. Two flanges are bolted together face-to-face — with a gasket between them — to create a pressure-tight, removable joint. This makes flanged joints preferred over welded connections wherever disassembly for maintenance is required.
What is the difference between ANSI and EN flanges?
ANSI/ASME flanges (e.g., B16.5) are the North American standard — pressure is specified in "class" ratings (150#, 300#, 600#, etc.) and sizes in inches NPS. EN flanges (EN 1092-1) are the European equivalent — pressure is specified in PN ratings (PN 10, PN 16, PN 40, etc.) and sizes in DN (millimetres). While they serve the same function, ANSI and EN flanges are not interchangeable and use different bolt-hole patterns and face dimensions. We manufacture both.
Which flange type is best for high-pressure applications?
Weld Neck (WN) flanges are the preferred choice for high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-stress applications. Their long tapered hub transfers stress from the flange to the pipe wall gradually, reducing the risk of failure at the joint. For critical service — such as oil & gas and power generation — weld neck flanges in ASTM A105 or ASTM A182 alloy grades are the industry standard.
What documentation do you provide with flange orders?
Standard documentation includes: Mill Test Certificate (MTC / EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2), packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin. On request, we can also provide third-party inspection reports (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.), heat number traceability reports, and PMI (Positive Material Identification) test results. Documentation requirements should be specified at the time of enquiry.
Can you supply non-standard or custom flange dimensions?
Yes. Beyond standard ANSI and EN sizes, we manufacture flanges to customer drawings for special bore sizes, non-standard thicknesses, exotic bolt-hole patterns, and large diameters not covered by standard tables. Provide your dimensions, material specification, and pressure class — we will quote production lead time and pricing within 24 business hours.
What is the minimum order quantity for steel flanges?
There is no fixed minimum order quantity for standard sizes — we accommodate both small trial orders and large project volumes. For non-standard or custom production, MOQ depends on the complexity and size. Contact us with your full specification and quantity, and we will provide the most competitive pricing tier for your volume.
